Even although this has been seen before on episode of Haromoni@, I just couldn't resist posting this screenshot from mashup!MUSIO.
Apparently Gaki-san has no feeling of pain in her cheeks, and the host is just having a ball pinching her cheeks. It's so cute that she's just laughing and smiling through it all.
(As a side note: one of the hosts is seen frame left with a bow and a wig with the spiked bracelet, that's a guy oddly enough. Just thought I'd mention that.)
